A Mechanical Technician will assemble, debug, install, and post installation of machines while working with all internal departments and external customers. Must successfully pass training on pneumatic connection for units, standard Units (P&P, MV, etc.), to include HMI level I standard base machine level I and other courses as required. Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment.Additional Responsibilities
- Receive parts from Logistics in order to assemble machinery following standard procedure
- Accurate mechanical build and installation of stations per design systems
- Alignment of the machine and conveyor circuit
- Wiring and plumbing of the machine per company’s standards
- Pre-align stations with guidance from Debug Leader or designee complexity of level I and II
- Install and change mechanical cams
- Run machine during debug with guidance from Debug Leader or designee
- Install safety guarding
- Support installation process of the machine at customer site
Your profile
Requirements- Heavy Work – Occasionally exert up to 100 pounds of force, frequently up to 50 pounds of force and constantly up to 20 pounds of force in order to move objects
- 25% travel and flexibility required
- Essential physical requirements include kneeling, standing, pulling, grasping, seeing, crouching, walking, lifting, tactile sense, hearing, stooping, reaching, pushing, repetitive motions, talking, visual acuity (color, depth perception and field of vision)
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must have a valid state driver’s license
- Must be able to travel as requested
- Must be available to work overtime
- May be required to work off shift hours and holidays

Compensation: $26.00 to $29.00
