We are currently looking for a Customer Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Agno.  

 

Your main tasks

• Manage one or more projects, ensuring they are processed correctly according to defined contractual conditions
• Develop and maintain relationships over time with clients and suppliers involved in the project
• Act as the technical, quality, and timing reference point for the client regarding the project, from order acquisition to final acceptance and transition of the machine to the after-sales service
• Handle any issues and/or modification requests that may arise during project development
• Conduct regular meetings to verify alignment with projections regarding project progress
• Organize the entire project workflow and related tasks; coordinate and align activities with various involved company departments
• Manage project planning, including resource allocation, and coordinate material procurement with the purchasing department
• Ensure adherence to deadlines, costs, and quality for each project

Your profile

• Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Proven knowledge of the machine tool sector
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in industrial project management
• Proficiency in budget management
• Willingness to travel
• SAP knowledge (PS, PLM, PP) is a valuable asset
• Fluency in Italian, German and English
