In addition, we develop special training programs for specific sections or particular employees as required. Mikron offers a comprehensive continuing education program for engineers, programmers, fitters, service engineers and many other professionals – with the most up-to-date technical knowledge about products, systems, and applications. Technical continuing education takes place at Mikron worldwide or on-site with the supplier.

Mikron also places an emphasis on continuing education in the areas of management skills and foreign languages. Employees can improve their language skills on courses for either individuals or groups. Mikron offers the opportunity to rapidly assimilate a language via intensive courses – from undertaking an internship in a foreign subsidiary, across weekly lectures, to foreign language study trips lasting several weeks.

Mikron also promotes employees' individual continuous education, particularly in postgraduate studies at universities of applied science and other universities.
