Your main tasks

A Customer Service Trainer is responsible for the training of customers and internal personnel across all Mikron Corporation Denver platforms. They are a key participant in the customer support phases as required to meet the functionality of the customer’s system within time and system availability constraints. The trainer will support Mikron Corporation Denver goals, values, and operating principles.

Your profile

Additional Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate competency in Mechanical Technician requirements
  • Identify training curriculum needs and under the direction of the department Deputy or Lead; develop curriculum and documentation for training levels
  • Demonstrate collaboration and the ability to effectively communicate technical requirements with customers, third-party equipment integrators, and parts suppliers
  • Interact with the customer and project team when the customer is at MDE for identification of training needs
  • Responsible for the review of content of the Customer Service projects and support
  • Responsible for accurately and timely generating the Customer Service documentation
  • Travel to customer site if requested to train customer staff
  • Organize specific training if requested by customer
  • Ability to troubleshoot and instruct through email, phone, and video
  • Timely response to customer support requests and update documentation accordingly
  • Responsible to treat customer funds as if they are Mikron funds

Additional Responsibilities
  • Effectively diagram control system communication networks, review the construction and troubleshoot to verify reliability
  • Interpret pneumatic schematics
  • Master all Mechanical Technician Level I trained activities based on assessment of TEM: pneumatic connection for units, standard Units (P&P, MV, etc), HMI level I, standard base machine level I and other courses as required
  • Successfully pass training on: HMI level II, standard base machine level II and other courses as required
  • Excellent analytical skills

Compensation: $33.00 to $40.00 hourly
