Your main tasks

A successful Electrical Technician is responsible for accurate electrical build of systems. They will have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in the understanding of electrical circuits and basic components such as resistors, capacitors, and transistors.

Your profile

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Good knowledge of industry accepted codes, wiring practices and components typically used in industrial machinery (NFPA 70 and NFPA 79)
  • Ability to wire and build electrical panels according to the electrical drawings
  • Ability to mark-up electrical schematics using standard symbology and Mikron procedures in the event of minor changes, wire numbers, cables, connectors
  • Ability to work with Electrical designers for solutions to wiring issues, such as cable routing, and component placement for best wiring practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot wiring issues during de-bug of the machines
  • Ability to understand and perform LOTO procedures correctly
  • Basic understanding of all base machine electrical requirements for G05, P04, Mini Cell, Tray Handler, and Polyfeed
Additional Requirements:
  • Ability to travel, possibly international, up to 25% of the time, for durations as long as 3 weeks without returning home.
  • Flexibility with working hours
  • Ability to lift/carry up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to fluently speak, read and write in English
  • Valid state driver’s license required

Compensation: $27.00 to $30.00
